Sen Soy Premium miso soup base is the result of soy bean fermentation with addition of malt and salt. It is aged for a few months which provides the special enjoyable taste and smell. Apart from the paste base, classic miso soup includes some essential ingredients: hondashi fish broth, wakame seaweeds, tofu, soy sauce and sesame seeds.
