Red rice vinegar for salad
Red rice vinegar can be added to exotic Japanese and Chinese soups and side dishes. Red vinegar is made of brown rice by means of long natural fermentation which allows preserving all highly wholesome properties of the primary product. It is quite a versatile condiment which can be used as a dressing for vegetable or fruit salads, to marinate vegetables, fruit, meat or poultry.
